Oh...so barging into an occupied rental property is legal?

Since when?

Depends on where and why, but I'm not seeing any mens rea. And even if it's illegal, that doesn't mean it's a crime. It could be a tort.

They are psycho. If they had gotten shot, it would have been their fault.

I am literally sitting in the house I own now.

Again, mind your own damn business. I owe it to no one to tell them who is coming over to my house, and I do not appreciate anyone nosing into my business about who is at my home.

Highly likely.

His objective was "creating content" to share and continued to do so after they had apologised and left the premises.

When it is BLM thugs beating down innocent bystanders, the usual suspects here are quick to say "well we don't have full context, what happened before the video".

Perhaps not in your country, but in the United States, and specifically in Kentucky, barging into a home without consent is a crime.

We know why. It's not a tort, it's a crime. Laws of your country may be different than here in the US.

Just because you stayed at a Holiday Inn one time doesn’t make you a lawyer.

Of course there was bad intent. Right from the beginning. They didn’t think there was a crime, obviously, so they simply barged into a rental property to be nosy.

Sounds pretty damn criminal to me.

This has nothing to do with BLM. The only thugs were the trespassers.

Sure I agree, I didn't suggest it did. As you know.

Do you think the narrative is precisely as presented in the video and the video is a complete capture of the events?
