No, but I certainly think that people who say they need government provided health care and yet buy the latest model new car are not prioritizing their spending.

No, they can make their own choice as they see fit. Just don't complain about the inevitable negative consequences of poor money management if that's what they choose.

It’s fine, it just needs to be funded properly.

People act like premiums were under control before the ACA.

The thing that absolutely has to be considered is why are we talking about holding on to a system that we all know doesn't work? Why does the democrat party want to hold to an expensive, unworkable monstrously labyrinthine system?

We know we can soak 60% of the cost of basic care because we have doctors out there doing it.
$50 per adult and $10 per child per month for everything except major medical

imagine that. No insurance needed. access to your doctor 24/7 365. massive discounts on medications, no more $500 bucks for a stinking x-ray.

Nooooo…. we are fighting over SCRAPS

More like 17% , and one can make payments. I did. Spent 2 weeks in the hospital, two surgeries, and 1 night in ICU. It tooks us three years to pay it off.

You still didn't answer the question. What is a fair price for healthcare ? Free would be awesome, but nothing is free.

I think the focus should be more on the industry itself. Why the hidden pricing ? Why is out of pocket pricing sometimes less, sometimes more than what the insurance pays ? Why can the hospital and the insurance company negotiate prices, while we can't ?

Lmao. Everyone always tries to shame people for having a car or a TV or cup of coffee.

Like if they just bought less stuff they could spend more of their hard earned money on overpriced American Healthcare.

That's not what I am taking about. Something being stated or not stated in the constitution has no bearing on wether or not something can or can't operate within the realms for the free market.

If the "common defense" or the military can't operate within the realms of the free market, why do conservatives think healthcare can operate within the realms of the free market?

Actually, that's true... they could.

Look at where the overpricing occurs. It takes place with the health care providers, themselves. Review my post in this thread if you forgot who's reaming the public via pirate profiteering:

We should have the same level of health care as Israel, a nation we subsidize. No reason not to.
