MANY PEOPLE may find it hard to understand, but just over a week before the election, some voters remain undecided. To them we would say: A vote for a second Trump term is a vote for an America in decline and an American democracy in danger.

At best, the demise would be gradual — a descent into diminished prosperity, constricted opportunity for your children and grandchildren, waning influence overseas and continued erosion of democratic norms at home.
This is not a matter of conjecture; it is a judgment based on President Trump’s record and promises.

If trump is in charge we will all have died of the coronavirus by then, so it really won’t matter.

I think I'd have picked a better part to quote.

It's harder to say "less prosperous" and "fewer opportunities" when real wages were up and unemployment were down for all "minority" groups (including women).

Is it same WaPo that wrote "Trump will start WWIII" couple of years ago?

Unless you have a crystal ball, nobody knows what Trump's America would be like in 2024. Too many variables to consider.

Whatever it is, however, it would be 1000x better than what it would be under Creepy Uncle Joe's agenda that will be dictated by the radical left. This is assuming Creepy Uncle Joe is still around in 2024, which I wouldn't bet on.

Yeah, they can pick back up the Paris accord that gives China Carte Blanche to crank out Coal Fire power plants until 2030, and shuts the US down
