As the US death toll from the coronavirus surpassed 225,000 people, President Donald Trump, down in the polls and lacking a coherent message as Election Day looms, has taken to calling COVID-19 a “Fake News Media Conspiracy” even as cases and hospitalizations surge around the US.

He added, “COVID, COVID, COVID is being used by them, in total coordination, in order to change our great early election numbers.” (Trump has been down in the polls for months.) Trump has taken to mocking the virus during his rallies, repeating the term "COVID" in exasperation for dramatic effect. Last Wednesday, during a rally in North Carolina, he at one point repeated “COVID” 11 times.

Here's why Trump is so dangerous. He's incapable of learning, even after he almost lost his life to covid. Who here thinks, Trump got a highly experimental treatment because he came down with a slight case of the sniffles? If he were a regular american citizen, he either would have been sent home to self treat, get worse and die, or he would have been admitted to the hospital, gotten the standard care, and later ended up on a ventilator. His corruption and complete amorality really has no limits.

Meanwhile 5 staff members of Pence's cabinet are now infected with covid. I wonder when we'll be hearing about him and his wife being flown to walter reed. The white house is basically a circus tent of incompetence.
