Let’s assume Joe Biden wins on November 3rd. Between that date and the inauguration on January 21st, many things have to occur and the country is still governed by DJT and a lame duck Congress. What if Senate hearings are scheduled (they have plenty of time) and the hearings reveal credible evidence of malfeasance with the Biden clan? Bill Barr and the DoJ would have probable cause to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate. They would be using the very same logic that the Obama administration pulled together when they set in motion the scheme that named Robert Muller to investigate DJT.
