Sorry, but the well established fact is that covid would be over with, done, eradicated and not one person on Earth would have died if we had done exactly whatever Fauci said the instant he said it.
That certainty in the outcome had we done exactly what he said when he said it clearly indicates infallibility.
He is infallible, and Trump holds him back, as has every other president during Fauci's breathtaking career.

That said, I agree with listening to and taking Fauci seriously. He's proved his worth over 40+ years.
Good for Fauci,no more missed interviews, game day first pitches, talk show appearances... he can now fully live that celebrity lifestyle without being burdened by his public servant duties
No no...he will turn his singular genius and epidemiology acumen of much respect and renown to eradicating the virus that Trump created in the Oval Office.

He will probably only sleep like 4 hours a day, being a tireless servant to that godlike brilliance of his, and we can expect vaccinations/cures for every contagious disease on Earth within weeks, maybe even days after Trump gets out of his way and unleashes Fauci's greatness to its full potential.
That is the accepted truth. Fauci would have already cured all this were it not for Trump saying/tweeting things, because stupid comments and mean tweets actually increase the CFR and Rzero of a virus. Had everyone just done exactly as Fauci said the moment he said anything, there would be no covid/flu/common cold anywhere.

Ask CNN and MSNBC, they know better than you, and they say he is infallible, has never been wrong and had we done what he said the instant he said it, covid would fizzled out in two weeks back in Nov 2019, or something, because even back then, Fauci might have said uh oh or mentioned covid, and because the federal and every state government didn't immediately turn over full control of everything to Fauci, like they should have, those ignorant dolts, he were are. No, we know that Trump made all 50 governors do his bidding, including the Democrat ones who hate him, and this was all a plot to undermine Fauci's brilliance, but never, ever question Fauci's infallibility.

We need a more complete approach using his input as one factor, which should include overall public health, the heterogenous risk factors of the virus, mental well being, basic human rights under our constitution, and economic factors. As well as a full assessment of second order effects, like increased poverty.
Gee, if only we still had that pandemic task force ... Oops.

Never heard a president threaten to fire him and he has been around decades serving under 5 presidents and several contagious diseases. Yes he has made mistakes but it is absurd to threaten and world renowned doctor that has his level of respect because a president is incapable of understanding science.
