As I understand it, affidavits can be entrred into evidence in court only in limited circumstances. They are generally considered hearsay. They can only be offered for purposes other than to support the truth of the matter asserted in the affidavit. Which makes sense since affidavits cannot be cross-examined. They can be used to support a motion, which appears to be what they are doing in Powell's cases, but they likely cannot be offered as evidence substantively when the matter is decided

PA actually deleted the original web page on ballot numbers to hide the colossal fraud. This tweet has the original, but PA has since updated it with fraudulent numbers because they realized they got caught haha.

Judges are all in on the fix, this thing will be in the supreme court than the real battle begins. The one where the USA is trying to not burn itself out when the democrats let anyone root and destroy without abandon. We will see justice trust me when Trump is back on the throne.

Yes, that's my point. If the case ever gets past the motion stage these folks offering these affidavits will be subject to cross examination. It would actually be fairly interesting but so far these cases are being dismissed before the fact-finding phase of a trial. The affidavits themselves llikely won't be admissible.
