ONE TIME.

Is that asking too much?

I can't stand Obama. I think he's a phony, a fraud, and a failed president.
But I always give him credit for one thing: the decision to go into Pakistan and kill Osama Bin Laden.
Why is trump the first person claiming credit and being knelt down before? It's so cultish.

That's OK even you smug Trump-haters will benefit from his leadership on this issue. Whether you admit it or not.
Trump did nothing to facilitate anything, and did not provide a penny for assistance with development.

He will be a sad, lonely man in two more months when he doesn't have a podium to spread his lies any more.

Trump facilitated the quick turnaround by bending the usual FDA regulations that strangle research into a many-years project. He deserves a mention for that fact. Nothing more.

The durability of vaccine is unknown. Is it weeks, months, years, forever? Because trials are very limited, the effectiveness on all ages, ethnicities, genders and co- morbidities is unknown.

On the surface, the Moderna vaccine appears to not have the same supply chain and distribution challenges as the Pfizer vaccine which must be stored at -100 and requires 2 doses.

J&J is also entering a new phase of trials.

It will be necessary to approve, produce, distribute and inoculate tens of millions of people to determine which is the most effective on the most people. No one knows what percentage of the population must be vaccinated to achieve herd immunity. Reportedly it is in the 75-90% range.

It is anticipated the Federal Government will eat the cost of the vaccine. This does not mean those businesses that administer it, will not expect to be paid to store and administer it.

Right now, it appears the Biden Admin will be responsible for execution. If, for no other reason than CYA, the outgoing and incoming administrations need to work towards the common goal as equal partners. Covid is bigger than politics.

The drive thru testing sites at Big Box stores that was touted by the Trump Admin, earlier this year, never materialized.

About 50% of the US population does not get an annual flu shot. The greatest challenge associated with a Covid vaccine is likely going to be persuading the masses to be inoculated and then access.

Assuming there will be multiple vaccines, what will prevent inclined people from seeking multiple inoculations.

Will there be a central data base, based on SS # or other unique identifier to track who has been inoculated with which vaccine, when and where?

No doubt this is the tip of the iceburgb in terms of challenges that lie ahead.

Trump created Operation Warp Speed, which has brought about multiple safe & wildly effective vaccines in record time.

Trump got private companies to produce PPE at record pace, which was much needed after the O'Biden administration completely depleted the stockpiles and never replenished them.

Trump got massive funding passed to help people make it through this crisis.

Trump supplied absolutely everything every governor requested to help states cope with Covid from a medial standpoint, including a massive naval hospital that Cuomo later said "never mind, I don't need it after all".

Trump is now responsible for the greatest and quickest economic recovery in our country's history.

But none of that matters to the left because Trump says mean words.

Trump hasn’t attended a meeting on COVID in five months. He has nothing to do with any progress being made on the pandemic.

Thanking Trump for a Moderna vaccine is like thanking Jesus for the food on my table. It is willfully ignoring the hard work by everyone else and giving credit where no credit is due.
