He hasn't accomplished a thing in 50 years and he certainly couldn't have orchestrated an accomplishment of this magnitude.

It never would have happened under Democrat leadership simply because it took streamlining the process to allow this to happen this quickly. Democrats always want more regulation, more red tape, more hoops to jump through, not less.
