A group of pro-Trump lawsuits challenging Joe Biden’s wins in Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan have all been dropped.

The cases were short-lived in Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania federal courts and fed into a pro-Trump legal strategy that’s almost certain to fail to block Biden’s presidential win before the Electoral College formalized it.

The suits mirrored one another and were all backed by the law firm of a nationally known conservative attorney, James Bopp Jr. In Michigan and Pennsylvania, the cases had also gone hand in hand with ones brought by the Trump campaign.

The lawsuits appear to have been dropped after a federal appeals court that voters could not bring lawsuits forward about some constitutional claims. Without an avenue for standing, these Trump voters were going nowhere with their lawsuits.

Donald Trump is isolated in his refusal to concede. All around him the nation is moving forward with the Biden presidency. The election is over. Donald Trump lost, and Republicans don’t have any serious options left to keep him in power.

Trump will be leaving the White House by noon on January 20, 2021.
Credible source please?

The Clark County Commission just threw out an election that represents almost 1/6 of the total votes cast in Clark County because there were too many “discrepancies” to be sure that that the results in that election can be certain. 153K votes in this election.

Big victory moments ago in the State of Nevada. The all Democrat County Commissioner race, on same ballot as President, just thrown out because of large scale voter discrepancy. Clark County officials do not have confidence in their own election security. Major impact!
I'm not worried. Are you?

Time to let Biden have access to all briefings.

This is just leading to a revote in one local election where there was a 10 vote difference.

It is over.

I’ve noticed this thing with the Trump people, they tell you things like “big news about to drop!” Or “massive fraud discovered” or “we’re hearing about something big going on” but they never, ever deliver.

Don’t you get tired of being played like that?
They are totally playing this story up as a big win. In reality, 139 discrepancies (out of 153,162 - so. 09% of votes) were found. There was only 10 votes separating the 2 candidates for county commissioner, so they determined it would be hard to resolve this 1 race and a special election would be the best resolution, considering.

That's it. No other race was affected and they were certified. Big huge nothing burger.

Just because this is too easy, here are the actual notices of voluntary dismissals filed by the plaintiffs. These cases have been withdrawn.

Georgia: https://www.democracydocket.com/wp-c...-Dismissal.pdf

Michigan: https://www.democracydocket.com/wp-c...-Dismissal.pdf

Pennsylvania: https://www.democracydocket.com/wp-c...-Dismissal.pdf

For the pièce de résistance, here is the amended filing for the big lawsuit in Pennsylvania. The Trump team basically scrapped all of it and are now looking into nothing substantial.

No surprise. I'm just hoping for an earlier and smoother transition. Looks like that ain't still happening.

Come back when you can back up your claims with actual case names or numbers.
You didn't read Kayleigh's message, or watch her interview tonight, did you?
Do you always get incomplete information and then spout off?
