I've been hearing plenty. One could argue Trump is in his bunker tweeting while Biden is doing America's work. I thought a President is elected for four years and he should govern for four years. Looks like his governing ended the moment ACB was confirmed. It was never about the righteousness of a President governing for his full four year term (funny how that didn't apply to Obama when he had 11 months to confirm a vacant SCOTUS seat). It was only about filling the seat while claiming he is governing for four years.
I haven't seen much of President Trump. Plenty of twitter rants. I think 1 or 2 appearances since Election Day. One to falsely announce he won and then another to false claim election fraud. Still waiting on that evidence of widespread fraud... Election Day +15.
So far I have seen one appearance by Biden since the election and he looked out of it. As far as doing America's work goes, what are you referring to? Naming his future government? I'd be willing to bet that he is barely even involved in that.
Harris can’t permanently take over (without Biden dying or resigning) without a 2/3 majority approval from the Senate....which isn’t going to happen.

He lost, and won’t concede. He filed lawsuits, and then withdrew them. Only weak leaders do that.

I have. It doesn't say that. Insyead, a VP is the President when a President steps down or dies during the term. What it does say is that the VP is up for a vote in Congress by a majority vote.

I agree, and Trump have mocked acting presidential, and it cost him the vote of lots of people. The president should always act in a way that's befitting the dignity and character of the presidency, regardless of party. This was a mistake on his part, and it turned a lot of people off.

Seems to me that Dems (along with everyone else) are about as excited for Biden as a trip to the dentist for a root canal.

Read Section 4:
“If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress if not in session, twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office”.
