"Leadership = Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual, group or organization to "lead", influence or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations."

Cuomo influenced and guided the citizens of his State through his daily briefings where he allowed subject matter experts to inform people.

Trump, in the other hand, demonstrated the opposite of leadership when he downplayed the issue and misinformed people with lies, personal opinions and rumors.
