I actually think a president's impact on the stock market is minimal. But I've been reading for four years that trump is responsible for the greatest stock market EVAH, so I had to post.
The market does like the fact that the transition has begun. and our new administration will provide vastly more stability.
Thanks to president-elect Biden for Making Wall Street Great Again!!!
The left thinks this is because of Creepy Uncle Joe? You guys really are clueless.
The stock market is forward looking.
Trump fans had no problem giving Trump the credit after the stock market started rising the day after Trump's election in 2016. Curious they don't want to do the same for Biden under the same circumstances 4 years later.
Yeah I stopped visiting the investing section for this reason. Most people are so high on central bank stimulus they don't care about the long term reprocussions. It's the year 2000 all over again except our debt has reached record high levels relative to GDP ... Should be fun . Buy the QQQs and don't fight the fed and hope for the best!
Shorter term investing is no fun when forums are filled with people who pump garbage and don't care about the fundimentals, at least for me. It's a variation of a casino where the fed ensures almost everybody wins.

trump took credit for the market increase after his election and now he's taking credit for the one in his own lame duck. He wants it both ways.
Won't it be nice to have a POTUS who's not tweeting about the market? trump only did so on the days it was up, of course.
