Wait till december, the market will hit a new low. The unemployment numbers are way off as is consumer spending and forclosures. At the end of the year we will have a better idea of where we really stand......Were fooked

Before March of 2010 the economy will collapse. By June of 2010 the dollar will no longer exist. Real Unemployment numbers are 20-21%. If you have money in the stock market get it out. The dollar is worth nothing now wait another 4-6 months.

It's in all our interest to be wrong, but the negative assessments are correct and it's a bear market rally; artificially inflated via The Federal Reserve shenanigans. The bubble will inevitably burst.

I couldn't think of a better place to be at this event horizon than West Virginia ..

Best wishes!

This forum is either full of economists or fear mongerers. I thought the economy was supposed to collapse back in the summer and we were all going to be living off of victory gardens?

It did collapse. Remember the money the Federal Reserve printed out of thin air?

For many years Louis Ruykeyser gave a financial opinion each Sunday night on PBS.

He always warned about the 'ides of March and the Spooky nature of the market before Halloween.

I've watched the market each year and true to his remarkable form, a big market dive takes place at or before that time...

That's when the Christmas Profits are taken by the Brokers and Traders.

Prediction? WTH...down by about 2000 points...level off at 8000.

Sell Sell Sell...

Buy in late January after the next wave of business failures are made known...

I've selectively purchased and done pretty well thusfar. Recovered what was lost at least, so I'm not complaining. But I only trade off less than 10% of what I buy, most of it is on long haul status. Oh well. No gaming for me, lol.

Now to get all that 14K gold sitting in the safe collecting dust and turn it in for 54% of current price, regardless of intrinsic value, lol.

AHHHH!! SELL, SELL, SELLl!!!

Yeah...and it will be replaced by...some other fiat currency...that also has no intrinsic value...

The world can't dump the dollar. Everyone is too invested in it because of the entire petrodollar thing. If we go down, they go down with us. It's a ponzi scheme...and the House of Saud will always be willing to be our dollar recyclers. I'd hate us if I wasn't part of us...we do nothing...but consume...
