That's what the law is. That's when (1) the electoral college meets, that's when (2) their votes are tallied and the winner is declared. Are you saying that now there is a different law?

Not at all. Electoral votes represent the states. And they represent the people of their state and how they voted.

Then the election has not been decided by the electoral college yet. That won't happen for over another two weeks.

The electoral college goes with the popular vote of their state.

Immaterial (in that President Trump has every right against him to make him concede the election)

The electoral college will not vote for another two weeks; the election is not yet decided.

That may be but as to the point that the election is over, legally, it is not.

The states are certifying now once that happens nothing Trump can do because of state laws mandate electors to cast votes based on who won the certified election. The electoral collage meets and votes in each state they send those votes to congress. On Jan 6th those votes are brought out in a box and they count them who reaches 270 is named the President-elect officially.

Here is Joe Biden counting the votes certifying the EC results for Trump in 2016. When they meet again in 2020 Mike Pence will do the same thing. Interesting how that works out I never watched this before found it odd that people protested during the counting. I wonder if the same will happen this time when Mike Pence Certifies the electoral collage results.

Not over.

Biden is "sanity"? LMAO.

Then let us know what Biden did in his 47 years of "serving".
