Well he** ! If you start that nonsense of requiring legal ramifications for lies or falsehoods as spouted by those in high places or positions of responsibility; guess who's going to tie up the SCOTUS for the next ten years over the 5,000 and counting lies he's spouted in just a short term of office.

The irony.

First, consider if the source has appropriate qualifications for making the claims. If its a scientific claim, for example, does the person have expertise in the relevant branch of science?

Second, what type of source is this? Is it supposed to be news and information, or is it an opinion piece? Is this serious journalism, or tabloid style?

Next consider the source's motivation. Would the source have reason to lie or to twist the facts? Does the source stand to profit?

Finally, consider the source's history. Has this source been a reliable source of information in the past? Do they have a history of spreading false information?

But yes, I agree, read the original reports, not someone else's analysis of what the reports say.
LOL. You basically said all the same stuff I did, except you seem to attribute things to the "source" which usually aren't attributable to it.

For instance, it's not the NY Times saying to wear masks, it's some bureaucrat. The "source" isn't the Times - it's the bureaucrat. Does it really matter if it's the Times reporting it or Breitbart? Is the report somehow less true because of which domain name was in your browser bar?

I get your point, but you missed mine. If you don't know how to READ the news, it doesn't matter where you get it. This source, that source; doesn't matter. ALL of them have their biases, and until you learn how to deal with that, you're just being misled. Left, right, center, doesn't matter.

You're in an even smaller minority in this belief worldwide.

Actually the international community for the most part is glad to get rid of Trump, he was seen as an impulsive and petty man-child who failed at his job and wasn't fit to be leader of the free world.

More ballots were tallied than sent out. That should give you a hint there is cheating.

Every so called glitch that the voting machines made were Trump votes switching to Biden. Never the other way around.

Big spikes of votes for Biden , tens of thousands and not one for Trump.

In one district 808 mail in votes had just Trump being voted on. no one else. Same district , tens of thousands of votes close to 50,000 had just Biden marked on the ballot. Now we know that mail in votes , people have much time to down vote or choose more than Biden in their local district.

Ballots with no creases or folds. One has to fold a ballot to put in the envelope. The ones with no creases or folds were copied ballots by copy machines.

Much more evident . This is just the tip of the fraud that occurred.

Fact is Florida counted the mail in votes as they came in days and weeks early. The democrat states did not do that. They of course wanted to wait to see how many votes came in for Trump to exceed those votes with fake votes. Some districts had more votes than registered voters.
Nothing that you wrote here is true. Trumps own lawyers admitted in court that they have no evidence of fraud.

This is what boggles the mind.

All these lawyers and all these claims from a man desperate to stay in power where not a single one has presented actual evidence that has convinced a judge, including conservative judges that Trump appointed... yet not a single one has been able to raise their hand and say under oath that they have evidence of fraud to present to the court.

Yet some folks on citydata think they do have the evidence. How do they reconcile it not being presented anywhere but in press conferences?

Sorry, that title is already taken, by Donald Trump. You'll have to think of another name for Biden.
