Wow! This is quite the news... Only 27 out of the 249 Republicans in Congress acknowledge Biden as the winner of the election. This is interesting, to say the least.

20 — 88% of Republicans in Congress — wouldn't say, and two congressmen, Reps. Paul Gosar (Ariz.) and Mo Brooks (Ala.), said Trump won.

Why it matters: By voting against the resolution, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) and House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy effectively blocked the committee from publicly recognizing Biden as president-elect.

Republicans on the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies voted against a resolution that would have affirmed the committee was preparing for the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) announced Tuesday.

Two said he won. Two.

The others are terrified of their base turning on them and are simply playing the waiting game, like the rest of us. Only 27 of them have chosen to admit reality, the rest are spineless jellyfish.

What a pathetic bunch this party has morphed into.

It matters not. This is all about thin-skinned Trump's bruised ego, and the politicians are just placating their base. Soon they will have the political cover they need and the world can move on (and Trump can move out).

That is what has become of the Republican party. They mimic everything Trump says, and at this point they are ok with democracy and US Constitution as long as they win elections and court cases. When they lose, they discredit the system and Constitution.

27 said Biden won, 2 say Trump won. That leaves over 200 that know Biden won, but are too cowardly to say anything because of their base. This really isn't news, I doubt it surprises anyone.

Only 27 sell outs and cowards. I imagine the dems are at least 95% sell outs and cowards.
