I dont think many people would be going to work if martial law was declared! I think the military would lock everything down and tell everyone to stay in their homes for the time being.
Sworn affidavits can still be lies, distortions and misperceptions. They aren't proven evidence of anything til courts determine them to be such in accordance with evidence rules.

The aforementioned are run by Republicans, appointed by Trump. Their statements say you are all wet. If they agreed with you, you would be quoting them right here, for sure.

I will take their words over yours any day. You are really nothing here, you were not involved.
Wow seems Trump really wants to keep himself in the White House forever. America will become military dictatorship. The rule of law will be no more. Flynn will be allowed to murder anyone which he seems to want to do. They are guilty of sedition.
Trump and his followers dont see it as 'overthrowing the govt' though...in their view, its an act of patriotism...
If the tables were turned and it was Trump who had cheated...it would be our DUTY, as Americans, to stand up and prevent that, by any means necessary.
Trump is an absolute disgrace and an embarrassment. We have never had a president who has thrown such a temper tantrum because they lost. This is all about him and not our country. If he truly loved our country he would concede and be at Biden's inauguration. This is what presidents do.

Trump is the poster boy for psychopaths. Any attempt to overthrow the government and he will be assassinated by undercover operations.
It's more than just declaring martial law IMHO. A well choreographed sequence of events must take place for Trump to pull it off, first and foremost having the absolute support of the military.
1. Must frame the reason for martial law as a "rebellion" so he can suspend habeas corpus.
2. Must put Biden & Harris and other significant "rebels" under house arrest.
3. Must accuse the "radical left" media as complicit in the plot so major media outlets can be shut (NY Times, Wash Post, CNN, etc.)
4. Must get control of internet (social media only?), perhaps shutting it down completely. Perhaps shut down cell towers as well in some locations.
5. Must issue mandatory "shoot-on-sight" curfews throughout major cities with military and nat guard deployed 24/7 to ensure mass demonstrations cannot form.
6. Suspend Congress indefinitely until the rebellion is defeated without specifying a time period.
7. Round up demonstrators in mass holding areas like stadiums.
At some point, the country would reopen with the military and Trump fully in charge, with no dissent.
Can it happen? I highly doubt it. The logistics seem daunting to say the least.

Under whose orders? Trump's? Who cried when the stock market figures went into a free fall --- ? The one who said, everyone needs to go back to work? The one who said the economy needs to open back up? A martial order under that man, would be, everyone go back to work; buy stock shares, maga.
