"I couldn't help but notice your Christmas light display. During these unprecedented times, we have all experienced challenges which casual words just don't describe what we're feeling. The idea of twinkling, colorful lights are a reminder of divisions that continue to run through our society, a reminder of systemic biases against our neighbors who don't celebrate Christmas or who can't afford to put up lights of their own," the letter, shared by Crime Watch Minneapolis, reads. "We must do the work of educating ourselves about the harmful impact an outward facing display like yours can have."
St. Anthony, Minnesota resident Kim Hunt received an anonymous letter from a neighbor on Monday chastising she and her husband for their Christmas light display.
Why is an anonymous letter from a neighbor news?
Also, it should have been "...chastising her and her husband...."

When SJW nuttery goes mainstream.
I am Jewish and have no problem with Christmas cheer. I don't know how Christmas cheer sews "division." Throughout high school I played in musical sections under stairwells in the school despite my own religious beliefs. On December 15, 1972 my mother told me that my father had gone terminal and he died three weeks later to the day. I still played that Friday night in the concert for the community to spread holiday cheer.
People who insist on all the problems of the world being solved before they celebrate will always be unhappy and make others unhappy.

80,000,000 people voted for this. This is what the next 4 years is going to be like.
We (and I am a liberal Democrat) have to regret this effort to impose misery.
