Exactly, that's why it is so weird that they got it wrong. Hillary was blindsided by the whole Monica Lewinsky affair. She went on TV and famously blamed it on a right wing conspiracy because she believed her husband. Shot herself in the foot on that one. Many in her inner circle corroborated that story.
