Biden's campaign tactics worked better than Trump's. Rally size notwithstanding. Standing around waving flags doesn't actually mean much in terms of campaigning. It means even less after the election is decided.
I agree. I think it actually won him votes, because he looked like a leader with good sense, not like a crazy person unmindful of the risks of the virus.
