Can't say I am surprised. This also explains the 2016 election interference by Russia.
‘The perfect target’: Russia cultivated Trump as asset for 40 years – ex-KGB spy
...Donald Trump’s election win in 2016 was welcomed by Moscow.
...The ex-major recalled: “For the KGB, it was a charm offensive. They had collected a lot of information on his personality so they knew who he was personally. The feeling was that he was extremely vulnerable intellectually, and psychologically, and he was prone to flattery. “This is what they exploited. They played the game as if they were immensely impressed by his personality and believed this is the guy who should be the president of the United States one day: it is people like him who could change the world. They fed him these so-called active measures soundbites and it happened. So it was a big achievement for the KGB active measures at the time.”

uhm… IF...IF they had 'groomed' him for 40 years, and IF...IF they interfered in the 2016 election, then why didn't they make sure he got re-elected....
They groomed him for 40 years on the off chance he might become POTUS someday.
Give me a break.
Yes. About the last thing anyone who listened to Trump 40 years ago, or even 10 years ago for that matter, would have thought is that this here is presidential material.
Name one thing that Trump ever did for Russia's benefit.
It's more likely that the Chinese have Biden in their back pocket and they pose a greater risk than Russia ever did
Then you have clowns like Stalwell who are too dumb to know they're being played like a fiddle or Feinstien who had a Chinese spy working for her for 20 years and never knew it.
So Russia was able to predict the rise of Trump decades ago?
Anyone who thinks this is a conspiracy nut job of the highest order and should be placed in a nervous hospital.
