Now that the Democrats control all three branches of government I expect things may get a bit testy between the moderate and progressive Democrats.

Slow down there Cowboy. It's only January 5 and Trump still has a path to victory.

Who cares. You will get nothing from them in the form of representation. Without competition, they will have no incentive to work for you. Hopefully, you can make those COVID crumbs that came in the mail last 4 years, until Trump is your president again.

I don't really need anyone working for me. I work myself. I've been working for 45 years under Republicans and Democrats and divided government and it really never has made much difference which party was in office.

Maybe you need help from government don't project on everyone else. I don't need protective tariffs or free beer.

A Trumpie talking about values... that is funny.

Exactly! The Bernie-Sanders-loving Millennials reluctantly voted for Biden but they hold high expectations of Biden, and if their expectations aren't met, look out!

while biden may be the president-elect, they have voted far more progressive dems in the down ballots and it's presumed they will hold biden's cackled-ass feet to the progressive fire

Ummmm. Three branches of government, you say?

I think School House Rock might help you learn about the three branches of our government. The Dems, most certainly, do not control all three branches of government.

The three branches of government are judicial, legislative, and executive.

Right now republicans control two of the three.

By January 20th democrats will have control of the executive, and narrow majorities in the house and senate. The judicial branch will still lean conservative.

You are correct. I meant both houses and the executive branch. The Supreme Court is conservative of course. But, as Trump found out, not always partisan.
