I'm wondering if the members of the Senate will suffer PTSD from this. I can't imagine what they went through - hours of hiding SOMEWHERE in the building, while roving bands of thugs banged on their doors and made verbal threats. Mobs are terrifying.

You are apparently smart enough to find your computer and keyboard and navigate to C-D. Maybe you are smart enough to research your own question. There is no equivalence between looting a 7-11 and an insurrection to overturn an election and impose an illegitimate president and negate our constitution.

What are you trying to do? Defend this mob? And you can't do it it directly so you have to keep bringing up behavior of a minority of protesters that is condemned by 90 percent plus of Democrats and of BLM supporters (meaning the violence, not the protests of last summer themselves)
And what is the equivalency between the violence of the summer and a direct attack on our democracy to overturn an election? Supported by the President. That is a coup attempt.
“Anyways” is low-class slang, and the poster was mocking the protestors as “hillbillies.” I found it ironic that someone who feels so superior to others doesn’t speak proper English.

Virtually no leftists went to prison only because there weren't any leftists doing it and you can't show otherwise. You never saw any of them wearing political garb. They were exploiting the black lives matters peaceful protests, and they are apolitical. Furthermore, no Democratic leaders incited any looting or rioting.
Trump on the other hand literally is calling his troops to arms and they are decked out in full Trump regalia. Huge difference.

All of a sudden these lefties are opposed to riots. All summer long the Democrats enabled them, even disallowing the National Guard to take control. How many weeks did that CHAZ zone go on, and didn’t a couple of people die?
