No government officials were attacked in yesterday's incident.

They already do that. Since George Floyd there have been 95 killings of black men and women shot and killed by the police. The blue lives matter folks always think police shootings against black unarmed men are justified.

I’m an evil leftist Demonrat who thinks she shouldn’t have been shot and the whole situation needs to be investigated.

In fact, the police removed the barricades and allowed the protesters to enter the building in the first place, it's on video. Why would the police do that?

The whole incident seems like it was staged somewhat, as if they wanted them to enter the building. Not saying it was right, but why would the police remove the barricades and wave the protesters on in into the Capitol building?
They were given orders to vacate the premises when they broke in.

How many times did they need to be told to leave?

On what planet is doing what they were doing even remotely acceptable?

Speaking for myself and about 90% of Americans, I wouldn't need to be told to leave, because I wouldn't desecrate our capital in the first place. Those protestors are lucky more weren't shot.

I heard an eyewitness this morning. He said that the police thought they heard shots fired.
It is unfortunate that she died. Clearly a mistake to fire.

How many of them were unarmed?
How many of them were NOT attacking the officer who was trying to arrest them?

I think it needs to be investigated as well, just as I believe any police shooting needs to be investigated and not by the department that did the shooting.
