The enablers are equally as bad as the perpetrator. So yes anyone that worked with or helped Trump should be rejected like he was. It’s just like those other officers in the George Floyd death. They just sat there and helped, didn’t stop the murder. Guess what? They go to jail too.
I hear you. But what about those that were complicit with him "trying to overthrow a free and fair election with lies and a violent attack on the Capitol"? Like Senators Cruz and Hawley? Or Guiliani? I don't support holding every Trump supporter responsible for his actions after the election, but certainly there were many around him that could have but didn't intervene to stop his behavior, or even went along with it. Why should they get off without any consequences?
Tell me what they did to cause a violent attack on the Capitol. Specifically.
Depending on how far down the employee rolls they go, this could be scary. The inner circle and high-level officials expect to be public figures to an extent.
There are also people working within the administration who would probably be there no matter who sits at the big desk. Or those making a name for themselves figuring "if I can survive under this administration, I could probably make a career for myself under anyone here." Going after neutral parties really discourages someone from performing public service. What's to stop someone from doing exactly the same for the next administration's staffers? A slippery slope. Items like this make it clear that it's not about Trump; it's about destroying the opposing viewpoint at all costs

No it doesn't. It is known that there is at least one with the Lincoln Project who is racist and xenophobic, and the others with that group likely know about it and don't seem to care. You know what, we should make them wear a scarlet T or a yellow star or something so we can easily identity them in public too, just in case we have some feces or rotten vegetables to throw at them.
As vengeful as this is, I agree with it because there should be consequences for complicity. Republicans have sat by for four straight years (and continue to) with their own political ambitions at top of mind rather than our own safety as a nation. Every single silent enabler of Trump’s bigotry, his corrupt, self serving administration should be marked as damaged goods as far as I’m concerned.
