We can thank Trump for this.

HE crashed the U.S. economy so spectacularly that it's going to take a decade or more to get the train back up to speed. Meanwhile, other countries are moving full speed ahead.

Anybody who wants to know what the 2020s are going to look like in the U.S. needs to be familiar with two periods. The Great Depression and Japan in the 1990s.

None of this had to happen. This is Trump's economy.

These are serious times. All of this childish blather about lefties and righties is exactly what's gotten you into the mess you're in.

I understand that sentiment. I wouldn't lift a finger to save this country. You people are terrible.
I tend to agree. I question why I even care considering how far this rot has progressed. I certainly do not feel much can be done about it.

Americans need to wake up and realize who the enemy is.

Taking the world’s most populous country, where 90% lived beneath the international poverty level to 1% in 50 years is an incredible achievement. Increasing projected life expectancy by a whopping 17 years during the same period is nothing short of astounding. Future focus on increasing water quality and smoking cessation will easily take the country across the 80 year mark.

Eliminating the scourge of opium addiction is another achievement.

You're delusional. Trump was trying to bring jobs back to America and help American businesses level the playing field with China. COVID19 is what crashed our economy and continues to do so. Democrats just want us all to be poor and government dependent so they get more votes for their socialist agenda. They fear Americans who want to be independent.

Our only hope is that most of the rest of the world will come together and fight this. We really need to be making friends with India right now. They are and will be an important ally.
what exactly is the "communist agenda"?

the man can barely run his companies... he has no idea how to run a country.
I'm not sure if biden does, but right off the bat, we already know he's less divisive.
The trade war is not even half yet, and you are saying it is over. Who protested in the summer? That was BLM in Dems states.
Anyway, enjoy your Biden, you deserve it

P.S. I am not a trump supporter

How can they wake up when all they see and listen are MSM and Big Tech's products (don't quote 1984 to argue it, plz)? They are like human batteries in the matrix. If they wanted to wake up, they could wake up around the time Dems and wall street started dating. C'mon, the leftist just had the "occupy wall street" movement.
In the end, you don't need to be so down. Now, Dems is acting like a communist party. History teaches us that there is only one alpha in a "communist parties" group. Maybe it is USA
