Yes and NO. Was he worth 3000 american lives yes. Do I feel safer due to him being killed NO.
So, 3,000 American lives in exchange for an execution that doesn't make us safer is worth it? Why was the blood of those (at least) 3,000 spilled, then? To satisfy your blood lust? To make you feel like the good ol' US of A kicks butt? That remark just depresses me. I would sure hope that you are not representative of what our country stands for anymore, but I'm afraid that you might be.
But it's all justified... if the guy wasn't such a moron & horrible leader, we wouldn't have a reason to complain. And I hear plenty of Republicans "Bush-bashing", so like sunnyhelena said, it's not just a party thing!
It has gone WAY out of control since 2003. You can't deny it. I respect your opinion, but people don't like repetitive negativity over a long period of time.
Yippe, lets go!!!!!!! lets get more of the loonies out of leadership!!!!! ( personally I think being a loon should disqualify you from being able to hold office!!! No Bush bashing aloud.)
No Bush bashing allowed? I thought this was America, where everyone was entitled to their opinions? You know, First Amendment and all that?
Oh yeah- we sacrificed our rights so Bush and Cheney could make us feel a little safer. Even though so many Bush supporters love tough talk and rhetoric (let's get ALL the leaders we don't like and kill 'em all!,etc.), the bottom line is that a bunch of Arabs with their Middle Ages civilization have them wetting their pants. A bunch of backwards Middle Easterners have these people so scared that they are willing to forfeit the Constitutional rights that so many generations of brave soldiers died to protect. Sickening.

I want my country back.
I meant no Bush bashing due to the fact my comment was too easy to jump into with the bashing.
