Note that Kathy Griffin was questioned by Secret Service within hours of posting herself with a mask and ketchup. Threats against elected officials are taken very seriously.

Pretty sure it wouldn't. Now, could be more likely if you posted a picture of something that illustrated drowning said politician in a swamp, or other actual threats.
