Democrat lawmakers are looking to have President Joe Biden’s administration end a local police program that successfully turns criminal illegal aliens over to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency for arrest and deportation.
It's a sad state of affairs when our country is being reduced to being pro-criminal alien. Our own citizens and borders don't mean a damned thing to those in charge today.
Bill was introduced in Congress to end all programs and that immigration enforcement can only be done by the Fed.
If passed the police cannot do anything with illegals except call the Fed and wait for them to come.

H.R.2805 - To discontinue a Federal program that authorizes State and local law enforcement officers to investigate, apprehend, and detain aliens in accordance with a written agreement with the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and to clarify that immigration enforcement is solely a function of the Federal Government.

The thing is though we don't have a bunch of federal agents patrolling our streets that is why we need local law enforcement to report illegal aliens to them. Let's face it the Democrats do not want enforcement of our immigration laws nor a secure border. How anyone can vote for them is beyond me.
Easy enough, we as citizens must then pick up the slack and do our patriotic duty and report these illegal invaders to ICE directly ourselves.
Yes, if you know that they are an illegal alien but how are most people able to determine that? I have heard that some Americans do that but ICE doesn't act on it.
