Exactly!

When the H1-B visa program was created, it was ostensibly done because supposedly there weren't enough American tech workers. The fees that visa applicants paid were supposed to be used to educate Americans in IT. After enough Americans were educated in that field, the H1-B visa program was supposed to go away.

Yet here we are. We have liars like Zuckerberg and Gates who claim they can't find Americans and the swamp creatures in the house and senate who believe them. Now the whole H1-B visa program is riddled with corruption and Americans are the ones losing out.
