Rape is a terrible crime and should have serious punishments, but NO crime should be held over a persons head for the rest of their lives.

So the remaining Manson members who participated in murder should be allowed back into society. Certain crimes or lines one crosses in general there is no going back.

Crimes that are especially violent and/or heinous should hang over a persons head forever. For a man that kidnaps, rapes, and murders a 10 year old girl, he should be slowly torn limb from limb. And then what he did should be engraved on his tombstone for all to see.

Actually, anyone who has proven that they are incapable of living in society due to an inability to maintain the nonaggression principle should either face the death penalty or life without parole. For nonviolent crimes, however, we should lock the records down and allow people who have served their sentence to rejoin society without being limited to menial jobs because of something they did a decade ago.

Actually, this depends on state laws. If a state continues a punishment after the prison sentence ends, it is codified in the state's laws.

Common continuations include never being allowed to have a gun, never being allowed to vote, and not being allowed to hold certain jobs.

legal shmegal

if you committed a rape you are a rapist

if you are guilty of committing a felony, you are a felon

Give blood, you are a blood donor

Join the service, you are a veteran

not hard to understand

there are four courts

court of law and court of public opinion

kangaroo court presided over the socialist democrats where lady justice has listed her blindfold and scale on Ebay with a buy it now price and all political affiliates are above the law.

Cases are also tried by the media propaganda machine, you previously knew it as the free press. no longer referred to as the court of public opinion.
