Still making assumptions about how the man died. It wasn’t enough that everyone had it wrong from day one with the fire extinguisher theory. Why not wait until the investigation is over before moving on to another unfounded accusation? For a group of people that like to scream “SCIENCE,” y’all don’t really care too much about factual information.
The only person screaming is you. You're desperate for any deflection away from the event itself. I'm content to wait until credible news sources, not conspiracy theories or YouTube videos, give us the information ultimately.
Looks like the latest possibility is that he may have had a fatal reaction to bear spray.
One fact: Sicknick would not have died had there not been an insurrection at the Capitol that day.
Pepper spray (same thing as bear spray and used by cops and protestors) caused a stroke hours later?
Sounds nutty and that particular theory is slammed in this law enforcement article: CNN dishonors Officer Sicknick with ‘bear spray theory’ https://www.lawofficer.com/bear-spray-kill/
I guess if gov’t folks are testing theories (pepper spray?) they have no idea if he was even injured - much less killed- by the rioters.

So, you don’t necessarily think he was killed by the rioters and are instead awaiting the autopsy results to learn his cause of death?
That sounds reasonable - certainly more reasonable than The New York Times who
began one media conspiracy theory with this now-discredited howler back on January 8:
On Wednesday, pro-Trump supporters attacked that citadel of democracy [i.e., the Capitol], overpowered Mr. Sicknick, 42, and struck him in the head with a fire extinguisher, according to two law enforcement officials. With a bloody gash in his head, Mr. Sicknick was rushed to the hospital and placed on life support. He died on Thursday evening. https://www.nytimes.com/2021/01/08/u...d-capitol.html
"According to one law enforcement official, medical examiners did not find signs that the officer sustained any blunt force trauma, so investigators believe that early reports that he was fatally struck by a fire extinguisher are not true.
One possibility being considered by investigators is that Sicknick became ill after interacting with a chemical irritant like pepper spray or bear spray that was deployed in the crowd. But investigators reviewing video of the officer's time around the Capitol haven't been able to confirm that in tape that has been recovered so far, the official said.
The case could also be complicated if Sicknick had a preexisting medical condition. It could not be learned if he did."
They wanted to wait until after the Trump impeachment trial before releasing the autopsy results. This way they could allow the Democrats to infer the man was "beaten to death" by the rioters at the capital.

Indeed. It is a bit awkward when the ‘deadly insurrectionist MAGA mob’ doesn’t kill anyone (and, in fact, the ONLY shot fired that day is by a Capitol Policeman killing an unarmed female Trump supporter).
(Hard to justify all the wacky guards/barricades/fencing in DC to confront a nonexistent threat but I guess Nancy figured that milking the ‘murder by bludgeoning’ fairy tale can’t hurt.)

no one has posted conspiracy theories or youtube videos.
and this statement is in stark conflict with your previous one:

The former acting AG issued a public statement on 1/8 announcing the officer’s death and attributing it to injuries he suffered defending the Capital against the violent mob.
Now that it can no longer be used as a cudgel in the impeachment travesty, we now know that Sicknick was just fine just after the January 6th riot, but subsequently died of a completely unrelated stroke -- which was already known before the Democrats went all-in standing on the man's grave and making a spectacle of it all.
It would be nice to get some condemnation for the police officers who really were killed by BLM rioters, but I'm not holding my breath there. A cop's life only matters if they were killed by the Right. Zero cops killed by the Right, so I'm assuming we can go back to hating and demonizing police, am I right?
This article was published on January 8th, but apparently we only just realized that Sicknick died of a completely unrelated stoke.
