So, you're going to sue Ford if a drunk driver in a Focus hits you? Or Echo if your neighbor cuts down a tree which then hits your house?

Would you advocate the same for car manufacturer's, makers of kitchen knives, etc.?

It is the action of the individual, not a manufacturer.
Evil will always exist.

Control freaks would sue God for a rock if they could.

The only people that government would ever take the guns from are the ones that legally own guns and obey our laws. Biden has already shown that he is not interested in penalizing those that break our laws. He lets them out, he lets them in, he gives them the corona virus shot before the waiting honest citizens in our Country. He has one agenda, destroy America and make us one goose-stepping part of the one world order.

How ridiculously absurd. Are auto makers held responsible for drive-by shootings? What about knife manufacturers? Are they responsible for this:

Criminals, of course, will not obey such laws, only the law-abiding will let themselves be restricted by them.

Biden, of course, did not mention such problems with those his laws target, only trying to jerk the heart-strings (for the third year in a row) of people who lost loved ones at Douglas High School in Parkland, FL.

Most of his suggested "reforms" have been tried before, only to be ignored by the people who typically commit horrific acts such as the shootings at the Parkland high school and others. Despite their repeated failures to reduce the number of shootings and killings over the years, Biden nonetheless refers to them as "Commonsense Gun Reforms", as if making new laws has ever had an effect of the kind of people who shoot up schools. Inevitably, Democrats appear ready to accept them, paying little attention to their track record of ineffectiveness as well as the flat prohibitions against making such laws commanded in the Constitution.

Biden calls for 'commonsense gun law reforms' on anniversary of Parkland shooting
by John Bowden - 02/14/21 01:36 PM EST

President Biden called on Congress to pass "commonsense gun law reforms" on Sunday in a message marking the third anniversary of the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla.

"Today, as we mourn with the Parkland community, we mourn for all who have lost loved ones to gun violence," Biden said in a statement released by the White House.

In the statement, the president called for several specific provisions to be adopted into legislation by Congress, including an end to legal immunity for gun manufacturers, a ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, and an expansion of federal background checks.
Everyone who is in jail today was once a "law abiding" citizen and the countries with the loose gun laws are the world leaders in incarceration rates. It`s not a coincidence.

I see Beijing Biden, also known as Pedo Joe, using an E/O to stop the importation of firearms and ammunition into the US, while Pissy Pelosi, the ultimate “Karan,” attempts the house and senate repeal the 2A... Which will never happen since 3/4 of the States would have to agree with any changes to the Constitution, nor will any congress man/woman or a senator would vote on any legislation to ban the possession/ownership of semi-automatic firearms, knowing that the States would revolt and declare themselves sanctuary A2 States. And any Democrat... And Republicans, like Romney, from those newly A2 sanctuary State would have a hard time being re-elected by the people they claim to be representing.

Even if I were anti-gun, which I'm not, the horse is so far out of the barn on guns and ammo in America that the entire debate is nonsensical. There is essentially nothing that can be done to regulate guns at this point. It's all just theatre.

We need to watch federal action, but it's at the STATE LEVEL where we need to REALLY PAY ATTENTION.

For instance, HR127 is a smorgasbord of gun control. It's going to be where all the gun issue energy will be focused, for sure.

It's a distraction.

Even with the current makeup of fedgov, it stands little chance of passing. While we're all arguing about it, though, Democrats in states across the country are quietly pushing the same kinds of laws, at the state level.

Find out what's happening LOCALLY. THOSE are the laws which will affect you most, and that's currently where the largest threat to our rights is at.
