It doesn't have to, it's suppose to put into perspective the type of privileged position modern black Americans are in compared to the descendants of slaves who were dropped off in the Caribbeans and South America.

Nonesense. Colonialism and slavery occurred as the result of corroboration and cooperation of African elites who greatly benefited from it.

And Ethiopia is still not a developed country despite never being colonized.

Sorry for breathing news, Wakanad doesn't exist on this planet and black Americans, we have it good.

Ethiopia was not FULLY colonized. It was partially colonized by Italy. Please read.

African elites sold their countries and citizens to Europeans for financial and personal gain. Maybe in another galaxy that doesn't happen but in this one it did.

Please read a history book.

Nothing to do with my statement. We have no idea how advanced the African continent would have been without slavery or colonialism.

It’s alright if you have poor math skills. Texas education is not known to be among the best of the states.
Still better education than anything in Africa. Thank you African kings for selling my ancestors.

You just implied it would look like Ethiopia (which was never colonized), which is still not a developed country.

Holy hell man, quit while you're behind.

You’re really struggling here. You didn’t even know Ethiopia was partially colonized. Just like you didn’t know slavery didn’t end 400 years ago.

So you admit black Americans are in a better position than blacks in other countries, as a result of slavery, good job.
