By refusing to hear each lawsuit, the court is failing to provide closure.
They need to hear each of the 60 lawsuits many of which were pure nonsense. The supreme court doesnt hear every case, they have more important work than dismissing frivolous lawsuits.

It's as though a court rejected a case where someone who broke into a guy's house, lifted his banking information, and stole $5,000 out of one of his bank accounts. The court decided the case was "moot" because the victim has $10,000 in another account that the crook never touched, and so the victim wasn't bankrupted.
One of the worst analogies I have ever heard.

Oh good heavens. The election wasn't a Lifetime movie and it's not the Supreme Court's job to provide closure. The Court has 250 years of jurisprudence that dictates which cases it hears and which it doesn't. It declines to hear way more cases than it takes.

The results of the election have been accepted in all areas where it matters-- in all 3 branches of government. Time to move on.

In an 8-1 decision, the Supreme Court refused to hear a lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign to challenge 10,000 late-arriving ballots in PA. Trumpers here had been citing this as yet another claim that the election "wasn't over," but since the court won't hear the case that is yet another nail in their coffin.
Clarence Thomas's dissent is convincing. The people who say it is moot are hypocrites if they think that Roe v. Wade should have been exempt from mootness analysis because pregnancy was "capable of repetition yet evading review."

That is crazy. Protestant Space Lasers are the best. Catholic Space Lasers are OK, maybe in a pinch.

My ex-friend Trumper loves the lawyer with the leopard print jacket. With matching shoes! Rudy with the black something running down his face.
