Taking people’s money away at gunpoint is extremely reasonable? I think the word I would use is “evil.”

Sounds like a decent plan, an extra 3% for billionaires. However, the revenue raised by the additional tax would be more symbolic rather than going towards extra programs or lower deficits.
The extra 3% tax on billionaires wouldn't amount to much considering how much the government spends.
I've got a co-worker that thinks if you make 10 million in a year that the government should be able to take 90% of that money. In his mind 1 million is enough to make in a year. I can't believe he says some of the things he actually says. I'm not sure what is the right amount, but 90% isn't the figure to me.
