Liberals loved it when their leader Trump's checks went to inmates and they'll love it now. Roger Stone and Paul Manafort was pardoned by a liberal (Trump), but they likely wouldn't qualify for the check if they were in prison. There's still income qualifications.
Once one realizes that the left's only goal is to buy future votes, everything begins to make sense. Democrats have bleeding hearts. Even though many of these people will never be able to vote again, they believe that money will convert others over to their side, and they're likely right. They do this at the same time that they accuse Trump of skyrocketing the national debt during his time in office. Shameless little creatures they all are.
