You know what, Biden's condition probably serves the establishment a nice benefit.

Everyone basically knows what's up with Joe. So people are polite in asking about why no press conferences.

In the meantime, they don't have to say much. They don't have to answer questions because... you know... Joe...

Whereas if it was someone fully functional in terms of communications - they wouldn't have that excuse.
