What next, Sports Illustrated has already ran out of ideas and grasping for straws as it is.

On Thursday, Nu, who is Japanese and Dutch, took to social media to announce that she is the first curvy Asian model to pose for Sports Illustrated. Her spread is set to appear in the 2021 swimsuit issue.

"Secrets out!!! I’m a 2021 @si_swimsuit Rookie! What an incredible honor it is to be in such an inclusive and beautiful magazine that has pushed the envelope since day 1. I’m so proud to be making history as the first Asian curve Sports Illustrated model.

Is "curvy" supposed to be the "Politically correct" and therefore misleading way to say "fat"?

"Fat" is still a perfectly good English word. There is no good reason not to use it.

I have not looked at the picture, so I am guessing.

After decades of issues, from my youth and now to my 50's, I must commend Sports Illustrated for FINALLY exploiting swimsuit models that I wouldn't do.

It's a definite improvement over the tranny stunt they pulled, I'll give them that... At the end of the day though, SI is no longer relevant. They are only doing this in a vain attempt to stay relevant.

I am sure that she has attractive qualities. But SI has never been about lifting women up, it was about providing masturbation material to minors.

She will be swiped like a Tinder while placating the virtue signalers AND not cost SI a single penny.
