They would also get immediate feedback as to the results.

I’d be more surprised if it is/was unique to Cuomo.
No doubt this egotistical thug gives special favors to his buddies. Many of us upstate want to see him go down. Last election most of upstate voted against him but unfortunately we don't have the population like NYC.
Unfortunately our entire government is bought by favors and money. Good old boys is surviving and destroying our country. (That includes Pelosi as a good old boy, because I'm not sure what's under that skirt)
Yes, he enabled his young and healthy brother Chris to literally steal tests that should have gone to elderly and vulnerable New Yorkers back when tests were scarce.
Perhaps that most disgusting actions of our Governor (and that is someone who allowed the elderly to die at nursing homes when he wasn’t harassing women).
Something tells me that Chris, who was mysteriously absent from his CNN gig last night, will not return to CNN.
