That’s expanding the meaning of “medical aid”. Nevertheless, you are admitting that other circumstances can justifiably affect what the cop does.
Circumstances in the Floyd case were that Chauvin recognizes that Floyd was, in Chauvin's own words, "on something."
Chauvin is not deaf, so he would have heard Floyd begging for assistance.
Chauvin is not deaf, so he would have heard the bystanders pleading for the officers to get off Floyd, to help Floyd.
Chauvin is not deaf, so he would have heard his fellow officer telling him that he couldn't find a pulse.
Chauvin has an intact sense of touch, so he would have felt Floyd going limp, unconscious, and then, dead, under his knee.
Chauvin chose to stay on top of Floyd until the EMT arrived, couldn't find a pulse, and asked Chauvin to get off of Floyd.
Chauvin is a 19-year veteran law enforcement officer, and so would have been aware of the "recovery position" to allow apprehended persons in distress to breathe.
Chauvin is a Minneapolis Department police officer, and would have been issued Narcan and instructed on how to use it.
Chauvin was not threatened by the bystanders, who wanted Chauvin to help Floyd, not kill him.

Exactly how are you justifying what Chauvin did?
Yep saying Chauvin was distracted by a unruly crowd is laughable. The defense has very little to work with so I can't blame them for grasping at every straw they can.
George Floyd’s girlfriend tearfully told a jury Thursday the story of how they met — at a Salvation Army shelter where he was a security guard with “this great, deep Southern voice, raspy” — and how they both struggled mightily with an addiction to opioids.
“Our story, it’s a classic story of how many people get addicted to opioids. We both suffered from chronic pain. Mine was in my neck and his was in his back,” 45-year-old Courteney Ross said on Day Four of the murder trial of former Officer Derek Chauvin for digging his knee into Floyd’s neck.
She said they “tried really hard to break that addiction many times.”
Earlier, Ross said she and Floyd first met in 2017 and struggled with addiction to painkillers throughout their relationship — testimony that could help prosecutors blunt the argument that drugs killed Floyd. Medical experts have said that while the level of fentanyl in his system could be fatal to some, people who use the drug regularly can develop a tolerance to it.
Ross said they both had prescriptions, and when those ran out, they took the prescriptions of others and also used illegal drugs.
”Addiction, in my opinion, is a lifelong struggle. … It’s not something that just kind of comes and goes. It’s something I’ll deal with forever,” she said.
In March 2020, Ross drove Floyd to the emergency room because he was in extreme stomach pain, and she learned he had overdosed. In the months that followed, Ross said, she and Floyd spent a lot of time together during the coronavirus quarantine, and Floyd was clean.
But she suspected he began using again about two weeks before his death because his behavior changed: She said there would be times when he would be up and bouncing around, and other times when he would be unintelligible.
What matters today is 91.5 lbs of pressure on a human beings neck. Try to forget about race for a minute or two.

So basically the Republicans are telling me now I need to become a cop and then I can kill whoever I want as long as they have prescription drugs in their bloodline or if they have a few drinks in their system and I can get off fine... Nice to know
or you can remain a Democrat and keep killing blacks at a high level while getting government checks and nobody gives a cr@p

It worked for OJ and his team. Most blacks were celebrating in the streets when he was "acquitted".

Blackwell is aggressively putting to rest the hypothetical scenarios Nelson tried to use.
