Swamp monsters doing what swamp monsters do.

Trump will be remembered for hiring SIX times as many lobbyists as Obama.

I'm no Trumper but there is no indication it was forgiven vs. adjusted in audit or paid.

The IRS still has to file the paperwork to release the lien even if it was paid. Nothing to see here really unless there's some documentation from the IRS.

Justice Department is suing Mr. Stone for failure to pay 2 million in taxes.

Note that while President Trump pardoned Mr. Stone for any criminal acts, the pardon did not extend to civil suits such as this.

Shades of Al Capone.

So the US Treasury is not a government(Corporation) agency, nor is the IRS? Say it ain't so!
You do realize that no government can be the complainant in a civil lawsuit.
The only way they get away with it is by alleging you too are a corporation such as they are to stand on equal ground. They do this by Capitus Dimenutio Maxima, a Latin term used in legal crap.
Basically by listing your appellate name(ALL CAPITAL LETTERS), instead of your Christian name on your birth certificate. (John Michael Doe), they have alleged you too are a corporation. You answer to that by showing up in court, without an affidavit demanding the ficticious corporation is not you and that you are the living man, of the sky and soil, and you are screwed agreeing you are that corporation and now they have Jurisdiction over your corporation....

I call "The IRS" to the stand for questioning

When you call the IRS to the stand for questioning.... Since they are the Plaintiff.
Who is the IRS to put on the stand. A representative is not "The IRS".
There is no one to question or cross examine. Demand "The IRS" take the stand.

The government ONLY has jurisdiction over your person, if you harm or take life, liberty, privacy, property, or good reputation.

The government cannot be the plaintiff(complainant) in a civil lawsuit
