Biden is a Buffoon.

Did you hear his speech before and after the Chauvin/Floyd verdict?

When you think about it he is complaining about the laws, the very system that he has been a part of for near 50 years.

He is responsible for the "systemic racism" because he helped legislate it.

What did he do when he was a Senator and 8 years as VP? What did he do to help the Black community? What did he ever do to help move Black people out of the perpetual victim hood of oppression?

The Democrats blame Trump for the rise in racism. They blame Trump for the "new" threat of white supremacy but he was an outsider to State and Federal law making that has allowed racism to smolder away in the fabric of America. The Democrats are only blaming Trump to avoid taking the blame themselves.

The Democrats are pushing for Police Reform and more training but how about Reform for the public? How about training for the public about how to react and what not to do during an encounter with the Police? Why are they holding the Police responsible and giving the bad players in our society a pass?

Biden had 50 years to do something about this "systemic racism" problem something they have called the greatest threat to America ever! and what did he do? Nothing but now he has big plans? What a buffoon and we are all being played by the Democrats as they continue to divide us to conquer.

He is a disgrace. All the people who think they are winning with the racism narrative....will lose along will all of us when the ship sinks (and it's sinking).

Biden can barely function, he'll be resigning in a few months.

The shrill and sudden tone of Democrats shrieking "systemic racism" reflects their fear of being abandoned by Black people. Democrat policies themselves are attracting almost no new members, and some Democrat politicians are driving reasonable people away.

Biden has also been "the system" since the early 1970s. He is talking about HIMSELF.

Biden slurs and skips words like he's either drunk or on drugs.

Biden has definitely played a role in the system.

Opinion: Joe Biden still defends damage he's done to Black community

For Black mothers and community leaders like me, the words he shouted are not a distant memory. When he talked about the “tens of thousands of them, born out of wedlock, without parents, without supervision, without any structure, without any conscience developing” whom he demanded “must be cordoned off from the rest of society” because “a portion of them will become the predators 15 years from now," he was referring to our children, our students and our neighbors who are every bit as deserving of human dignity and a second chance in life where appropriate as any other American.

Many of the people locked up under the sentencing laws that Biden helped create are just now — two decades later — getting their first taste of freedom thanks to President Donald Trump’s signing of the First Step Act.

...
When the crime bill was first being debated in Congress during the crime wave of the 1980s and early 1990s, it may have been honest fear and ignorance of the consequences that led to these policies.

But now that we have several decades of data and statistics, we can clearly see the damage those policies inflicted on lower-income and minority communities. And they have been incredibly harmful to these communities, whether Biden cares about his culpability or not.

Biden’s recent assertion that the assassination of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. was less impactful than the death of George Floyd are indicative of a very common trend among the political establishment and media elites.

president houseplant isn't a sentient being who can be held accountable for anything he says or does.
the white house has already stated this fact.

White House issues disclaimer: biden's words don't represent administration's official positions

WHAT specific Bills did he help enact into law that make him responsible for "systemic racism" as you allege?

Systemic racism doesn't exist.
