This happened to a friends colleague of mine here in NYC who critiqued White Fragility at a charter school meeting. My thing is this. Equity, race, gender, inclusion, sexuality and list goes on stems from mainline white protestant churches attended by white liberals, and from the Frankfurt school archaic version of cultural Marxism. White Mainline Protestant and combining cultural Marxism is a huge virus in the anglosphere and we don't see this anywhere else in the world except in white English speaking nations.
Why Equity? A good example is this. Native Americans for example or African Americans. Make those people equal with everyone else like whites, and immigrants, however Native Americans lost their lands and African American toiled for unpaid labor, thus society is not equal. To make society fair, Native Americans need to have their land reclaimed and African Americans need reparations from slavery. In order to have equality, there must be equity first. Equity stuff mainly targets black Americans and Native Americans. The equity stuff in social justice mainly stems from Critical Theory which was created in Frankfurt school, and followers of Frankfurt thought model.

I don't agree it came from white protestants churches. They were infested and targeted by liberals and liberalism. Those are not things Protestants traditionally concern themselves with. You don't seem to appreciate how much secular people and people of non-Protestant religions have been hammering Protestants in this country the past 100 years.
I have a relative that works at a school in Mass. and he was made to watch an info video about transgendered teens even though he does not normally have contact with any of the kids. The school had 2 confused trans kids then.
He thought it was stupid and got up to leave and they told him he would be fired if he left so he suffered through the video.
I don't know how we ever got this far as a country before the "woke" mob came to tell us how we have been doing it all wrong.
