What I don`t understand is this guy was under serveillance for over a year, which means he was selling drugs all that time. Why did it take a year for him to be taken off the streets. Also, why did the cops shoot him while he was driving away. He could of crashed into someome, and killed them. The cops already knew who he was, and where he lived. Plus, the cops had to know what would happen, if they shot him from behind.
I Just heard that the judge is refusing the release of the bodycam footage.
Looks like they are trying to hide something.
The article states the sheriff has petitioned the court to release it, so I don’t know if the cops are hiding anything. Sounds like they want the video out there but the investigator is holding it up for some reason.
I don't frankly care anymore if the cops shoot to kill these lifelong crooks who can't obey a simple order. We have millions of these scofflaws who thumb their noses at police doing their job. These criminals cause nothing but trouble and make life miserable for everyone around them. We all should be sick and tired of this lawlessness. The police were there with a warrant. The guy should have submitted to the arrest. Period. Every single time this happens, it's because these worthless criminals disobey an order. Every.single.time.
180 pages of past criminal acts, well.. he will never be a functioning member of society. This POS was eventually going to end up dead sooner or later.
You tell'em rs, we pay for the military, the sophisticated defense systems, the courtrooms and the judges too. We've got a right!!!!
Say the word..... taxpayers, say it again.... Taxpayers!!!!
You are damn right!!
'They' are supposed to be a little frightened at what the public MAY do!
**The fact that they are NOT frightened in the least of the public, really speaks volumes about we the citizens. (we are easier to walk over than doormats today).

Wonder how many people's lives have been saved by one more alleged bad guy being off the streets.
I have a family member that is addicted to the very types of drugs Mr. Brown had been selling. If it weren't for his family being aware of his addiction and being trained in what to do during his overdoses, he'd be a Mr. Brown causality several times over by now.
This had nothing to do about race, and everything to do with an alleged bad guy trying to stay free by running from his crimes. If he'd stopped and submitted to the search and seizure, Mr Brown would be out on bail by now.
Ignorance can be educated, crazy can be medicated, but you can't fix STUPID!
WHAT crimes was he suspected of that carry the death penalty?
IF he'd been on police radar for the past year, it would seem they did a poor job of planning his take-down.
And of course what are they trying to hide by not releasing body-cam footage?
