Walt Disney sued Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Wednesday, alleging the Republican governor has waged a “relentless campaign to weaponize government power” against the company.

The federal lawsuit alleges that a campaign to punish Disney over its political views was “orchestrated at every step” by DeSantis and now threatens the company’s business.

Good for Disney. This is government overreach at its finest.

How did you arrive at Disney waging an ideological war?

DeSantis punishing Florida's largest employer, this will be a great bumper sticker for his campaign.

so a corporation should dictate what is taught in schools? sounds like a slippery slope. you can’t have it both ways. government overreach isn’t what happens when government kills entire industries, right?

So the weaponization of government to go after Ronnie's critics is good when it's a Republican but bad when it's a Democrat? Got it.

I didn't think big government is the conservative way.

Disney isn't dictating anything it has no power to make policy. Retaltionatin against Disney, because it speaks out about a policy, is government retaliation.
