but, here is just a couple of sentences...

The June 6, 2020 issue of the medical journal Lancet opined that “on average, it takes 10 years to develop a vaccine. With the COVID-19 crisis looming, everyone is hoping that this time will be different. Although many infectious disease experts argue … even 18 months for a first vaccine is an incredibly aggressive schedule.”
The federal government’s top COVID advisor, Dr. Anthony Fauci, joined the skeptics: In February 2020 and again in April 2020 he predicted that a year to a year and a half would be required for vaccine approval — versus the half year that was actually required.

Even media that hated Trump credits him on Operation Warp Speed.

Trump has the guts to do it. Unlike Europe, Canada, and a host of other countries.

You are rewriting history.

Other countries did in fact give funding for R & D on the vaccine. The first vaccine to get approved Pfeizer did not take any funding from the USA - it came from private and Germany.

There was worldwide skepticism that we would have a vaccine so soon...and the skepticism still lives -- in the USA mainly with Republicans.

Says a partisan Democrat. The minority communities are the ones who are less likely to get the vaccines and most minorities vote Democrat if they vote.

Kamala Harris last fall said she wouldn't get the vaccine because Trump was pushing for it and many other Democrats were like that. They started demonizing hydroxychloriquine when Trump mentioned although it was being prescribed by many physicians around the world. The anti-HCQ rhetoric most likely increased the death count from covid.

We know you didn't criticize Kamala when she said that. She did more to undermine the vaccine than anyboy other than Joe who rarely speaks about it and continues to do virtual events and wear a mask after getting the vaccine.

People on the right criticized Trump all the time. Not accepting the left's false accusations of racism, Russian collusion, etc is not the same as not criticizing Trump.

Who on the left criticizes Biden for anything? The press has no problem with Biden and Kamala not taking questions and neither do you and other leftwing voters. Biden and Kamala have done very little to promote the vaccine.

You guys said the travel bans on heavily infected China were racist but then start attacking Trump as not being serious about the virus. You are dishonest people.

You sneered at Trump when he expressed positivity about vaccines and medications but now you act like you were the ones positive about vaccines.

You said masks didn't work when you wanted lockdowns and then you became religious about masks when the DNC, Fauci and CDC flip flopped on them.

Not me.

Read the linked articles. What part of those articles is incorrect in your humble opinion??

Yes Kamala Harris said she would be the first in line if a DOCTORS told her to take a vaccine but she wouldn't listen to Trump.

Seems Republicans aren't listening to Trump -- they are the largest group refusing the vaccine.

And I did hear it...and I agree it wasn't necessary to say.

But I didn't take the vaccine because Biden told me or Trump told me -- why would I go to a politician for medical advice?

If that makes me a partisan Democrat -- well guilty as charged.

The largest group not taking the vaccines are minorities which are the only reason Democrats win. You are trying to argue Republicans who live in nice suburban areas are less likely to get the vaccines than the poor minorities in high crime low educational attaintment urban areas. It doesn't work like that.

That's why Hank Aaron got his vaccine on television. Why does Hank need to do that if minorities are rushing to get the vax. Btw, Hank died soon after.

If the vaccines work, why are you concerned if other people don't get it. Liberals like to present themselves as more fit than conservatives, yet you guys have been hysterical about covid that doesn't kill or affect most people.

You want to use the vaccines as a prop to beat up on conservatives and to take away a success of Trump's administration.

Also I like to point out the deregulation of the vaccine approval process was conservative in nature. We got government out of the way to get the vaccines approved quicker and here you and other socialists are trying to take credit for it now.

It would take 10 years to get vaccines approved if big government people like you are running the show.

If people start dying from these vax or having big health problems from them down the road, ya'll will flip flop and start blaming Trump for the vaccines that you are currently religious about.

Surveys say....

In Texas, 59% of Republicans either said they are reluctant to get the vaccine or would refuse it outright, according to the February University of Texas/Texas Tribune Poll.

Republicans in California most opposed to taking COVID-19 vaccine, poll shows

This week in coronavirus: Who doesn’t want the COVID-19 vaccine? White, rural Republicans.

Nearly 1 in 4 Republicans definitely won't get COVID -19 vaccine

These are all liberal outfits doing the polling. The goal of the left is to present the right as anti-vaxxers even though RFK Jr is the most prominent anti-vaxxer.

Rural areas are sparely populated. Talking about rural Republicans is pointless, most republicans live in the burbs. The odds of getting covid in a rural area are low and most people don't die from covid if they get it.

If Trump was still president, you and other leftwingers would probably not get the vaccine. You clearly don't want him to receive credit for them.

The people who undermine credibility in the vaccines are leftwingers who get the vaccine but still wear masks and do virtual events and rarely leave the house. If you believe they work, your behavior should change significantly after getting them.

Biden was the only world leader wearing a mask on a virtual meeting with like 30 plus other world leaders.
