The attack was planned at the residence, not the killing of the 3 year old. Another woman was shot as well.

There's a city mayor (Francis X. Suarez - R) and a Miami-Dade county mayor (Daniella Levine Cava - D).

So lets look at the top 10 largest cities....oh... ALL democrat. So the biggest city with a strong mayor? Jacksonville Florida. Oh look. 90 murders in the Republican ran city. This year alone.
