Were any of the protesters charged with sedition or insurrection?
Nope. Because there was no insurrection.
The only murder that took place that day was of one unarmed veteran who was shot dead by a BLM militant.
There is nothing more to uncover, learn, investigate or drag out about the riot.
Democrats want this as a focus and diversion until the elections so they can scream breathlessly, Insurrection!! The worst event in our history!! A stain on our democracy!! Worse than 911!! We were terrified!! Horrific!!!
Anyone who believes that the rope carried in was anything more than an effigy is a complete moron.
About time Republicans used democrat tactics.

Let Nancy try dragging it out.
Will be good for a laugh.

Recent poll released by the nonpartisan Public Religion Research Institute and the Interfaith Youth Core that interviewed more than 5,500 adults in all 50 states, revealed that 28 percent of Republicans— were of the opinion that “things have gotten so off track, true American patriots may have to resort to violence in order to save our country.”

This 28% represents 15% overall.

Save our country from what?

Legitimate elections?

Socialism, where the means of production, distribution, and exchange would be owned by the community as a whole?

What?

What is hilarious about this "so called" fraud is that the Republicans who actually RAN the elections say in state after state that there wasn't any. That's mostly because it was their baby and even though they might be deluded Trumpers they do not like having their own work questioned.

After three years of Russia-gate, attempts to sway electors and recounts in PA, MI and WI, you got a lot of nerve to bring up whining by the losing team.

WRONG. They haven't found evidence of insurrection or sedition but these idiots could easily be charged with terrorism.

Now tell me how January 6th was NOT terrorism...

Ashley Babbitt was a person in a group who tried breaking into a secured area not open to public. I thought conservatives like stand your ground laws. Oh wait, she was a white conservative... I thought conservatives like police brutality, oh wait she isn't a male minority...

I cannot compare 9/11 to 1/6 because these were two different acts. 9/11 was international terrorists, 1/6 was domestic terrorists. 9/11 was over foreign policy, 1/6 was due to domestic policy. 9/11 had thousands of deaths, 1/6 had a handful mostly suicide related to the attack.

I call BS. Show us the posts in this forum where any Democrat has supported violent rioters destroying businesses, property and people is OK. You can't do it. What's sick and twisted is people like you who are trying to claim that a group of anarchists represents the Democratic party. You simply trot out this lie when you have no other excuse for Republican's treasonous actions. Disgusting. You're not fooling anyone.

Don't like my words? Prove me wrong. Show me any Democrat on this forum defending Antifa violence. Otherwise admit that you're lying.

Sure sounds like a peaceful gathering to me.

Anthony Michael Puma, 49, was arrested Thursday and is facing multiple charges, including obstruction of Congress and violent entry/disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, according to a federal court filing.

Federal agents accused Puma of scaling a wall outside the Capitol, breaking in through a window and encouraging others involved in the insurrection, according to an FBI statement obtained by The Detroit News.

Investigators searched his Facebook account and obtained posts in which Puma threatened violence and expressed support for then-President Donald Trump, according to the statement.

“On the 6th when we are all there in the capital and he is givin (sic) his second term the people will see," the post reads. "Then you never know we might have to start killing some commie bastards. #stopthesteal.”

Another post from Jan. 5 warned of a looming war.

"Tomorrow is the big day. Rig for Red," Puma wrote. "War is coming."
This made me chuckle. Filed for bankruptcy 3 times? Do you think he learned about the ins and outs of bankruptcy at Trump U?

Court records portray Puma as an instrumentation technologist with a 2008 drug conviction who has filed bankruptcy three times.

Apparently some folks are creating a Lost Cause redux regarding the Trump Presidency. The mythologies of the earlier Lost Cause are evaporating.

If that isn't the rantings of a terrorist, I don't know what is.
